 Washer less water jacket for  7289, 3CX100, etc:.  I use this version all the time. It is basically self sealing although I do place a small amount of Silicon grease around the perimeter of the Tube anode collar lip before installing jacket. I never had a leak with this jacket and very, very quickly changed to another Tube when necessary.  This jacked is machined from solid Brass Rod, and are simply Hand Tightened to Tube.

Washer less Water Jacket installed and pump running: This is shown pressurized with water using a Little Giant Water Pump as removed from my Single Tube Driver for a YL-1050 Linear.
