For most of us Old Dye-Hard DOS fans AGAIN here is another very popular version of Doug's,  (VK3UM) EME "Planner" Software.  I had used it many years ago before SKD81 arrived, but have no Images of it while operating under DOS......Sorry about that.  

There is/was a Borland runtime error introduced if the Computer CPU speed was at, or above 200Mhz. A patch which is included in this ZIP package was applied that eliminated this problem, as far as I know in all know incandesces.

If you have a problem with the file NOT wanting to down load by simply clicking on it......"Right" click and save file as?????   your choice, or leave it as is.
